Alvim's Fine Foods is a Calgary based company producing gluten-free, yeast-free, nut-free, gourmet cheese buns. This product is a great choice for those on selective diets or with food allergies and sensitivities.
These bite sized hors d'oeuvres are made from cassava, a root vegetable native to Brazil. Cassava flour’s white color offers a neutral taste, and fine texture. Each bun is packed with 40% cheese, creating a truly delicious product.

Alvim's Fine Foods is a locally owned and operated by Henrique Alvim. Fueled with a passion for people and a penchant for entrepreneurship, Henrique takes pride in offering his customers clean, high-quality food products.

In 2012, he took his recipe to Toronto's "Next Great Food Product Contest" and won! He later attended the Restaurants Canada Show in Toronto and quickly learned that he had something special. Building on that momentum, Alvim's Fine Foods was born.
